Mugsy issues fatwa
I come before you today to address a most egregious offense. The basic laws of civilized climate control have been violated far too many times. Too many dogs have panted; too many drops of human sweat have been needlessly shed. I have been left with no choice but to issue a fatwa! When the temperature outside is above 90 degrees, it is absolutely forbidden for any building to have its heater turned on. If you work in an office that engages in such misery-inducing tactics, you are fully within your rights to take up pitchforks and demand the air conditioning that God intended for you to have. I realize I may sound a bit hot under the collar, but such climatic transgressions must not be tolerated.

you are, indeed, wise, oh Allatollah Mugsy!
thank you for visiting me the other day... i'm returning the favor AND adding you to my "favorite dogs" blogroll... you are too fun/clever/all-knowing to be missed and/or overlooked!
Yeah, you tell 'em Great One! And any company that harbors management doing this, is just as bad as the individuals engaging in the behavior. We'll smoke 'em out of their holes! Or freeze 'em out... or somethin'.
Oh Mugsy, it is my sad duty to inform you that here in the Gulf, a jihad has been called on your fatwa. Not because it is wrong, no, Allah, Land Cruiser, air conditioning. This is the order of things. But because you, Ayatollah Mugsy, are as haram as pork. Mohamed, PBOH, spake thus: Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog. Just one of the reasons I must quit this country as soon as possible.
This was one HOT weekend. My parents leave the AC on in the house when they leave. You never know how hot it will get. Or they put ice cubes in my water bowl. Ohhhhh how I love the ice.
Refrigeration ....the greatest invention of all man kind.
Very entertaining!!!!!!
My Abigail sure loves the A/C. She doesn't stay out in the yard very long on the hot days. She does her business and makes a Bee Line to get back inside.
