Mugsy returns
Greetings, my flock. Your furry imam has returned. I am going to have my stitches taken out tomorrow morning, and the veterinarian tells me it is OK to resume light blogging. Praise Allah! Soon, God willing, I will be allowed to go on a walk again. Or as my parents say when they don't want to excite me, "W-A-L-K." The silly humans think I can't spell.

Welcome back, Great One. We love Wendell, but it is nice to have your wisdom and leadership qualities to lean on. Your flock has missed you.

Praise be to God that you are recovered!
Welcome back and glad you're healing up nicely. But I love Wendell, too!!!!!
Great to have you back, Holy One! Obviously, you have groomed Wendell very well.
Thank you, everybody.
Actually, Sarah S., mother does all the grooming. But I have taken the lead role in Wendell's education.
Greetings Bro. Mugsy and Wendell. The past couple of months have been seriously BAD at our house - M'sister Rosebud nearly died from an infected tooth. Mama took her in to get the tooth pulled and her platelet count was 4 - the minimum should have been 160.
She's doing O.K. now - Mama hasn't done anything for weeks except take care of old Rosebud...me and Gummy helped. We thought we were losing the leader of our compound for awhile.
Sorry to hear you've been ill. I hope everything is going to be O.K. for you.

Rosebud is in our thoughts here at the compound, J.B. We're glad to hear she's doing better.
Us pugs have had too many vet visits lately.
Oh, brother, Bro. Mugsy! You're not just whistling Dixie - M'sister Rosebud started out with an infected tooth and Mama says she's already spent well over $2,000 on all the complications that ensued.
I'm gonna' stay young, Bro. Mugsy. Old Rosebud was 15 last January but she's gettin' around pretty good at the moment.
J. B.
